Been constantly let down by this company recently. Firstly it was issues with unpaid bills by NIS to the monitoring company meaning we were at risk of going without a monitoried alarm. Secondly when I tried to contact them to get help with an alarm fault their number was stating it was closed and to email instead (this at 3pm on a normal weekday). I've been informed later that they 'no longer exist'. Not sure when they were going to tell all their clients that this was the case. Very shady way to act. The ones that will suffer are the staff no doubt while the directors go on to their next failed business. Poor show.
