Complete waste of time. Don't answer the phone, act like clowns when asked to deliver. Absolutely unbelievable. Avoid these like the PLAGUE.

1st time I ordered from here off jist eat the food came cold and like this. No topping on the pizza as it was all at the side of the box and same goes for the waffle. They were clearly dropped on the floor. I called the shop they said can I not eat it is it not eadable..... I told them the food is cold and it's clearly been dropped how do i know it ain't been all over the floor and they put it back in the box and why should I pay for this standard of food. Waited 45 mins for the food which is cold. The shop rung me back and said they won't give me a refund and won't give me a replacement of food. And they were trying to tell me my food was not cold I told him to come and feel it he was very unreasonable. If my car wasn't off the road I would go down to the shop and stick the food in his face

Ordered a "deluxe" chicken burger meal and what arrived was a piece of dry chicken on a toasted bun. Rang up to ask why this was the case and was basically told that is was my fault for not specifying that I wanted things on a "deluxe" burger. No apology or offer to remedy the situation, will definitely not be ordering from here again
