Being a bit hard if hearing I emailed and dealt with Hayley..very quick to reply and very knowledgeable helpful and polite. ordered parts tues and they arrived at my house next morning..fitted parts and car was back on road in the afternoon running as good as new.brilliant all round..will be my first choice from now on..

Absolutely Fantastic!! Called about poorly injectors, was given first class, expert help & advice from a gentleman called Tony. I would gladly adopt him as my father if I was younger, lol. Seriously though. What a perfect gentleman, helpful, respectful, clever & knowledgable. The recon injectors arrived the day after they received the old ones (a part exchange scheme). They were packaged extremely well and could probably have survived even Hermes (or whatever they call themselves this week) throwing them over a cliff in a barrel full of rocks. I was not disappointed when I opened the miriade of bubble packaging. They were better than I expected with all the bits protected some more against a hailstorm of planets colliding. I had to call a couple of times to ask questions, but not once were they rude or condescending. They were patient and managed to explain everything that even a child could understand. I have nothing but praise for their dedication to customer support, turnaround time, speed of posting and their whole work ethic. I am heartily recommending them to anyone who needs a part to a rebuild. It's a pity I can't give 10 stars... Darwen Diesels, it's a YES from me. Golden Buzzer time :-)
