##JACKY## OLD BLONDE LADY WITH GLASSES### I have never written a review in my life . But I just feel so upset and really need to write something in here. I'm just back from this post office , I have been treated with such a rudeness by this lady . She is a blond lady with glasses, named JACKY , that's the rudest person I have ever meet in a post office , she has literally shouted at me in front of 5 customers , she was yelling at me that I was wasting her time just because I asked a simple question and on top of that she gave me a wrong information ... She has no shame , no professionalism. She has to change her job or need to be trained even if she has " 20 years experience" according to her . She gives wrong information and is so rude.

Really unprofessional and ignorant. I gave a parcel to the Asian guy on the desk for recorded delivery he printed out the wrong postcode on the sticker when I told him he said its okay they deliver to the address on the package when I insisted he kept saying it okay don't worry. 12 day later my customer hasn't received her parcel. Staff need proper training.
