        Pointless collection office only open when people are at work. May as well close it and move our parcels to somewhere where we can actually collect the parcels from.

        I received no notification that my parcel will arrive of what time it was being delivered or I wouldve been in and now I have to wait till next week to collect my parcel as Im not in and cant get it re-posted, now my mum has nothing for her birthday
