BPM Bathrooms

As a tradesmen I've frequently visited BPM and from my own experiences I can safely say its a wonderful merchant, with exceptional knowledge of materials, superb over the counter service. Excellent quality and service is always guaranteed. Has an extensive range of complete bathroom's to see in its large showroom. Conversation is always welcomed and the staff to name a few, Saukat, Ryan, Pav & Mark are all exemplary as a standard. Kettle's always boiled and a warm brew is made available sharply. Definitely recommend the merchant and staff to all.

Ordered over 1000 online with a huge delivery charge, after 5 days I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them asking when I could expect delivery. Next thing I get is a PayPal refund - no email or message, no explanation, no apology, clearly they were never going to give me anything for my 1000 until I asked. Completely baffled by other people saying they were helpful...

recently bought a new bath suite and shower and enclosure from here. the customer service is excellent all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Ruks was brilliant and helped with the initial design, etc right through to delivery. would highly recommend
