I worked here for the best part of 9 years. They pride themselves on health and safety and the welfare of employees but in my experience the plant manager (Neil Fletcher) and his henchmen actually led me towards depression rather than happiness. Once upon a time contracts here were in excess of 30,000 pounds a year but now it's around 23,000 and you are made to work hard. People come and go having experienced this. I would advise anyone who is looking to work here to stay well clear unless you are glutton for punishment. Take heed and look elsewhere, trust me Please follow me if you enjoy my reviews
