driver took my food

i ordered a bunch of food of here and the food didnt completely show up and when i rang to complain about it i was extremely nice and the man was aggressive and rude towards me and when my child said it didnt show up he swore at my daughter and the driver crashed into our car and the quality or the server is inadequate, i am in shock and never ordering of here again, my daughter is traumatised and really upset to be spoken to by an older gentleman.
