Ive been ordering from Eddies for a few years now but recently the standards have dropped substantially, not a few weeks ago, items were completely missing from our order which meant I had to drive there and wait for fresh pizzas to be made or people would be without. This time was much worse, after waiting an hour my partner contacted Eddies only to find they did not receive the order due to a technical glitch and after a further 40 mins the order turned up stone cold with smaller portions than usual. It is disappointing that what was once a reliable and gorge-worthy pizzeria has slipped to one that doesnt seem to care for its customers.

Not someone to leave reviews but I have given management plenty of opportunity to respond to me and no one has bothered to even reply so think its only fair a review is left. Very much into supporting small local business but very disappointed when our order arrived at the weekend, cold and 12inch pizza? One arrived right size, the other not so, for just under 10 this is ridiculous to be sending out guys. Happy to remove this if someone actually acknowledges my message, basic customer service. Thanks

Best pizza in Darwen. Was 11 odd pence for pizza & curly fries. Can't fault it, we collected it so it was fresh & piping hot. A taste sensation! Chefs kiss!
