I went for my prescription and was told I couldnt have it as a pharmacist had to go over it first, the pharmacist would be about half an hour. Shut the shop if you cant do the basics, I will never use this place ever again.

Rude, incompetent and inefficient - there are plenty of other pharmacists nearby - for your own sake avoid at all costs. Over the last few years I have just put up with the ineffectiveness of this place, never seem to be able to do things quickly and often it seems just too lazy to check or take action. Today was the last straw - our GP had sent an urgent antibiotic prescription but the pharmacist simply said computer is down come back on Monday (today being Friday) Now it wouldnt take a genius to manage a workaround but no just too much effort - thankfully we have a great GP so we can change the prescription to a more effective pharmacy that actually cares about customers. Do yourself a favour and avoid
