This chemist often is out of stock of my important medication. On two occasions when going on holiday I ordered it early. The first occasion she said we owe you some - they had given me 2 out of 28. Had to take my prescription to Market St Chemist- they always have plenty. The next occasion they had none but promised to deliver later that day. I was foolish enough to believe them. They did not let me know!!! Eventually phoned them but they tried to blame suppliers or other staff who had been dealing with it. Had to fly abroad without medication!!!
Customer service is appalling- lots of people very busy - nobody taking responsibility. I will not use this Chemist in future in my experience they cannot be relied on to put your needs first.
