Went into the Darwen branch last week and got served by a lovely young gentleman with glasses.. I think he was new, his knowledge was excellent and he gave me the best medical advice, a week later my symptoms have improved drastically, excellent service and and there was no wait time..

Really awful discriminant service, almost reduced to tears. Please if you have the option of going elsewhere please do. I cannot put it into stronger words AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The worst customer service I've ever encountered, almost reduced to r Tears by a spiteful discriminatory service which saw them go out of their way to be awful. I never usually write reviews but I simply had to warn others, there are plenty of options locally of other pharmacy's to use please please use one of the other ones. The last thing you want while dealing with health issues is to be bullied and picked on and feel ganged up on. GO ELSEWHERE

Prescriptions are always ready, so no waiting around. Delivery service is fantastic.

Always helpful and friendly. Prescriptions delivered quickly after ordering. Phone answered promptly, no holding on. An excellent pharmacy.
