Used to take our dog somewhere else and had a horrendous experience. We have a cavapoo who can get a little nervous at times and It was our second time taking her to TLF instead today. Bella came home looking adorable, smelling amazing which lasted over a week last time, and is much more relaxed - she gets a little bandana everytime too!! Lizzy is so welcoming and absolutely lovely and the setup inside is so sweet. Definetely recommend to anybody!!

Lizzy at TLF gave my puppy so much care and attention for his first full groom. He is a chatty young 6 month old, who has never had a full groom before and Lizzy took it in her stride and made Oslo super comfortable. She gave him all the love and care he required whilst doing a fantastic job of his finished look. Oslo loves visiting TLF now and hes looking forward to his next visit! After moving back to the area, I struggled to find a groomer that was as good as the one I had in London until I finally found Lizzy. Lizzy is brilliant for a whole host of good reasons. She's attentive, calming and gentle with pets. She always does a really great 1-1 cut. You can tell she is genuinely passionate about animals and isn't just in it for the . Her customer service is brilliant too. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
