Shauna is a fantastic PT, she has given me so much confidence in myself! She has given me tips and shown me correct technique when performing different exercises. She also provides fantastic nutrition plans to help get you the results and offers great advice on food. She is always available on WhatsApp for any questions or queries during sessions and offers fantastic group or one to one PTs!

During my journey Shauna has supported me provided holistic management, due to many life challenges. Having menopausal symptoms Shauna has provided individual plan from workouts, diet plan and water intake, which has helped me both physically and mentally, she always takes into consideration my joint pains and saratica. (Love your stretch exercises) Shauna is very professional and flexible, she has gained my confidence. Being a shift worker and working predominately nights. Your most helpful and polite person, and very attentive, nothing goes past you. Lol. Want to say big thank you for just listening , you are one of the nicest person Ive met, never change in being you.

I've been training with Shauna for 10 months now and wow all I can say is she is absolutely amazing. She listens to my goals and encourages me to reach them! She is always there to listen and offers support. Before I stated with Shauna I would never go in the gym and all I would do is classes as I never felt confident enough to go in the gym, but she has increased my confidence so much Im always in the gym. She has also increased my confidence outside the gym. I have had other personal trainers in the past but never seen results like I have with Shauna. Shauna is a brilliant trainer and I cannot recommend or thank her enough!

I would recommend shauna for PT to anyone! Proper structured sessions that make you achieve your goals! The sessions are fun and 100% make you push yourself to your limits. If youre looking for a highly qualified PT Id defo recommend!
