Excellent! I have been attending here now for 6 weeks and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have got challenging physical issues following a road crash in 2017 but Ben, my personal trainer is helping me enormously. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Ainsworth Body Science to anyone looking to start a new fitness journey or to build on what you are already doing. Over the past 12 months Ive been training with Ian working on increasing my strength and stability to help my running progress and prevent injury. Over the last year I achieved a new PB over 5k, 10k, 10 miles and half marathon distance - so it seems to be working! Its a very clean, relaxed and friendly environment to work out in and Im looking forward to a whole new set of PBs this year! ~ Gill

During my time of having holistic therapy with Shine my experience was made very comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as professional. The receptionist is one of the most pleasant and helpful I've ever encountered and the overall quality of service of Ainsworth is top notch. For anything concerning health or fitness I highly recommend.
