Darwen Pallets

I had a big garden project to do ( decking and raised beds) but limited funds to do it with. I thought I could do the decking out of pallets so I approached Darwen Pallets for some advice. They recommended some pallets that would do as a decking base and some pallet collars to use as raised beds. I ordered 6 pallets and 6 collars and they were delivered in a couple of days. I returned to buy a quantity of used pallet wood to act as the decking board. The staff member I dealt with was great and full of advice. I've almost finished my decking now and it's looking fantastic, but the pallet collars I used for raised beds were a great success. I'd definitely use Darwen Pallets again.

I ordered 30 1.2m pallet boards. 4"x1". They took 10 days to deliver 4 of the boards were split. 10 were the wrong width, wrong depth, and they were grey. The driver apologised and said he would get them replaced free of charge. 8 days later still not replaced, I spoke to the owner who said he was not replacing them for free regardless of what his driver said. He pointed me to a pallet of boards to replace the 4 that were split. When I got home they were not 1.2m but 1 metre. They are awful people who don't care about the customer. They don't remove the nails just saw through. NOT RECOMMENDED.
