I recently took my five-year-old son to Ideal Eyecare for an eye check-up, and I was immediately impressed with their level of knowledge and professionalism. As a concerned mother, I had many questions and concerns about my son Theos eye health, and the team at Ideal Eyecare put my worries at ease. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain all aspects of Theos eye exam in detail. They made sure to address all of my questions and concerns, and I felt confident that my son was in excellent hands. During the examination, the team at Ideal Eyecare were incredibly patient with Theo, and they made sure to keep him calm and comfortable throughout the process. It was evident that they were experts in their field, and their attention to detail was outstanding. I give Ideal Eyecare a five-star rating for their knowledgeable and experienced staff, who put a concerned mum's mind at ease. I've been going to Ideal Eyecare for several years. Excellent service every time. My glasses are always spot on. The optician is very careful and offers guidance on fit etc. Highly recommend.
