Incredibly rude staff. Don't deserve to be in business. Avoid at all costs.

Recently picked up my latest set of glasses from Eyeful Tower and the service, as always, was amazing. Rachel and Gemma were as welcoming as they always are and such a delight to see. Professional, considerate and caring are just some of many words to describe each of my experiences at Eyeful Tower. No way am I venturing into Specsavers again if I can help it. They have a lovely range of frames and were more than happy to help me choose the right glasses for me (not just the most expensive). I look forward to seeing you next time! Great friendly shop from the optician himself to staff all were very caring and considerate to both myself and my son. No pushy sales would definitely recommend and be back when needed.

Having visited many High Street opticians I decided to try local. What a fantastic decision! The selection of glasses was incredible with the staff suggesting if I wanted any other style they would order in at no cost to me. Whilst mentioning the staff, they are wonderful and extremely helpful. The eye test with Mary felt like the most thorough I have ever had. Eight days later and I collected the two pairs of varifocals I had ordered. This has always been the time I like least with new glasses as in the past, with other suppliers, I have put them on and felt like I was in a goldfish bowl! Always told to give them time and I would get used to them!!! However this morning in I walked, tried both on and they were PERFECT. I cannot recommend this opticians enough and would advise anyone to go here with confidence.

I have been using Eyeful Tower so was extremely disappointed and upset today when I needed an urgent check up and was told I would have to wait a week, and that it will cost me as you cant get this type of test on the NHS . This didn't concern me in regards cost at the time I just wanted my eye looked at as it looked like it was full of blood. They also knew I have had a brain tumour and lost sight previously. No empathy was shown at all I said I would need to try elsewhere and the lady had the cheek to say let me know how you get on as I left. Fortunately vision express did see the importance of my situation and seen me urgently they were amazing I received reassurance and treatment and was diagnosed with a bleed in my eye and have a follow up Friday.
