I'm afraid I cannot fully recommend this company as it's service was not up to scratch. I chose this company because it had good reviews. I'm housebound so I could not use my normal highstreet optician. They turned up on time and the 2 operatives were friendly and process of testing of my eyes was good in the circumstances. I was told my spectacles should be ready earlier than 30 days. After 3 weeks with no contact I called them to find out when I could expect them. I was told their supplier had them and were sending them out. I would receive them in a few days. When no appointment was made I contacted them again to find out it would a further week before I could get an appointment. As I was desperate for these specs as I couldn't see the TV properly. They posted them to me which I received promptly. A follow up appointment to check my specs was cancelled with the caller saying any issues give them a call. I told the caller that the lenses were not as sharp as I expected and that I was disappointed using them driving although they would pass the police test didn't seem to bother him. This call was the day I was due to have a home visit to check my new spectacle. So overall disappointed. Would I be using this company again in 12 months? No.

Fantastic service, examination is thorough and professional and great choice of frames. Would definitely recommend especially for anyone with restricted mobility.

Totally professional but very friendly service. No pressure to buy anything. I would recommend them to everyone who, like me, find visiting high street opticians almost impossible.
