My father is a loyal customer of this opticians..he ia 83 years old..he has now been diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes. How can a optician not know this. When my dad complained he couldnt see the optician just changed prescriptions. Never did a proper eye check to see if there was any underlying condition. Now he can hardly see. What kind of optician does not do his job properly and do all the necessary eye checks..i am absolutely disgusted and i feel that he took advantage of a old man who does not know any better.

Dont even bother Worst service Receptionist thinks he runs the place Lazy not bothered Ordered contact Delayed past 3 weeks , every time we rang theyre was another excuse: Was sworn at by the receptionist Look else where
