Don't waste your time or money. Terrible customer service. Long wait for glasses. Don't stick to their word, fob you off and don't care. We are nearly 6 weeks in and still have no glasses......

Very very poor customer service and product. My prescription is incorrect, I have received 2 pairs of damaged glasses over 2 weeks late. Can't wear them. Shocking service (Or lack of) throughout, constantly having to chase. Told I can't have a refund (however I was shown no notice of this at point of sale as the transaction was not completed in the till area) Not sure if it's the manager I spoke to but very rude and unprofessional. Want to retest my eyes. Why when i have it confirmed that it is incorrect, late, faulty and damaged product. Advised head office will ring within 24 hours, we'll see as so far they've never delivered anything on time and am still outstanding documents being sent to me. Response - as this is the only forum you will respond. You have received several emails including the below. On 12/11/22, I placed an order for 2 pairs of glasses and received it on 06/12/22. I have discovered that the glasses have the following problem: scratches, wonky, wrong prescription, fish bowl effect, generally not fit for purpose. The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. As you are in breach of contract I am rejecting the glasses and request that you refund the sum paid to you of 290. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the glasses to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it. If I do not receive your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter, I intend to issue a claim against you in the county court without further reference to you.
