Had a great experience with everyone we dealt with at Autocade. They were very knowledgeable and were so patient with our requests and continued to source a car until they found the perfect one. Their finance team was also helpful and provided great customer service, always providing us with updates on the progress. The car was delivered absolutely spotless and the driver was also a very friendly gentleman with all the information we required upon delivery. Always pensinve about buying a car online with out viewing first. I requested a video via their website and asked for any imperfections to be highlighted. They sent me 3 videos in total, was very in depth although would have liked to have seen more of the tyre depth but can be difficult to show i guess. Sent them pics of my car that I wanted to px. Was offered a reasonable value, would have got more if I sold privately but saved me the hassle of dealing with time wasters. I made the journey up, the car was as it came across in the videos. Shame there was no carpet mats, but they managed to source some for me, not quite a perfect fit but works nonetheless. Drove back 5 hours home, car felt good and was certainly more comfortable than what I drove up in. I've had the car about 3 weeks now. Wanted to wait before I commented, have to say, very happy with the car and level of service that I was provided with throughout. Even had a follow up call a week later which was unexpected but nice. Would certainly recommend Autocade to all and sundry
