PS4 was overheating and cooling fan was sounding like a aeroplane taking off. They were happy to clean fan and components for me. Initially said he needed half day but got it back after 2 hours. No longer overheating quickly and fan is much quieter. Dropped off and collected on same day. Slightly pricey but worth paying a bit more for the service and turn around time!

I thought my Apple iMac was ruined. I don't really know what the problem was only that it was more serious and laborious than the initial diagnosis. The man in the shop spent ages retrieving every single file separately and and could have charged me a lot more but didn't. What integrity. It's now running like a dream and I'm very happy so thank you!

It is no coincidence that these guys consistently gain 5 star reviews. Their customer care is brilliant, nothing is too much for them, always making sure you are happy at the end of the day. Their knowledge of Apple products I have found is better than Apple themselves and they don't charge Apples prices!
