        What can I say Kathryn is brilliant!!! She's very easy to talk to and so easy going which helps never once felt up tight or couldn't talk to her. Had 6 sessions with her and didn't think it would help much but how wrong was I shes helped me so much with how I see things my marriage and my every day to day living!! Can't thank her enough and iam back to smiling instead of being unhappy all the timex
