        Great experience from start to finish. Welcomed by Dec in store who offered a coffee. He used the mattress assessment device but unfortunately the bed was not working. However, he used the details to find a great new mattress for me. Cant wait to try it next week. Great service. Thanks Dec

        I am a returning customer to dreams and have always received excellent customer service. The service we experienced with Suleman has always been fantastic as he is extremely knowledgable and helpful, without being over pushy. He gave us the time we needed to make our decision and each visit has gone above and beyond to support us. As someone who knew very little about mattresses this was very much appreciated!
