We were purchasing our first home through Crown, as first time buyers we were expecting the whole process to be daunting, however, Lisa made it so much easier for us. She really looked after us and kept us in the loop at all times, dont think this experience wouldve been as easy and stress free without Lisa.

At Crown Lisa and Martin were excellent customer service and excellent customer support in staff and so Poliite and understanding. The communication was excellent with regular updates and most of All The Cost Beats All Estate Agents and CROWN IS THE BEST 5 STARS I CAN HONESTLY SAY .

Absolutely wonderful, faultless sale with no hitches or delays. I bought my bungalow by auction through Crown Estate agents which initially worried me as I have never bought in this way. Lisa went the extra mile to secure the sale and all was plain sailing. Just over three weeks to become the owner on my new home. I cant praise them enough especially Lisa. Many thanks Tracey x
