Excellent experience with Mike,,clear and informative, good advice given about my knee and back pain,,,after first visit my knee pain was vastly reduced,,I was given some exercises and stretches for back and knees which have helped,,, cycling is pain free again,,,

Six months ago, I developed frozen shoulder. As a consummate professional, personable and knowledgable, Mike has provided the right exercises, acupuncture, ultra sound (among other treatments) at the right time, along with other appropriate pain relief. In the beginning I thought I would lose at least some of the movement in my shoulder (many people.do!) and be forever in pain but his complete understanding of the workings of the shoulder and the treatments required at each stage of the frozen shoulder cycle means today I am almost fully recovered and expect to have full range of movement within the next month if I continue to use his exercises. Today, I am pain free! If you have frozen shoulder, I recommend that you see him!

Ive visited Mike twice over the last 5 years. Hes fantastic. Back pain has completely disappeared.
