Hi guys i want to say hayley is the best i had really bad pain in my arm which was keeping me up all night just with one apointment with hayley i saw a massive diffrence she is excellent

I have had a long term knee injury that had been getting progressively worse over a six month period. When I had pain I would rest it for a couple of days and then go back to training. The frequency of the injury stopping me was increasing and the pain was becoming worse. I literally limped into Logical Injury Rehab, barely weight bearing on one leg, at the end of March fully expecting it to be around six moths before I would be fully recovered. I saw Max who after a consultation and examination explained what the issue was and how we would treat it. I was provided with an exercise plan that I followed. Instead of it being six months it was five sessions split over seven weeks. Not only is my knee fully recovered but I think it is stronger than it has ever been. 10 weeks after my first appointment I ran 10km. I've found Logical Injury Rehab to be professional, knowledgeable, excellent value for money and I would whole-heartedly recommend them. There are many problems in this world but my knee is no longer one of them, thank you, Logical Injury Rehab!
