Cannot praise Andrew enough.. he was brilliant with my 12 year old daughter after we booked appointment for ear wax micro suction. GP had confirmed both ears blocked with wax and she was getting more and more distressed as could barely hear .. Andrew explained everything in advance, talked through the procedure, answered her many questions (!) and totally put her at ease. Within 20mins she could hear and I have a happy child again!!! Andrew gave us advice to take forward and I genuinely couldnt recommend his services enough Also thanks to Caroline who booked the appointment and gave me advice about parking! Thanks again to you both

I have nothing but high praise for Andrew and his audiology service. He was so kind and helpful towards my 92 year old Father, who was reluctant to seek help with his hearing loss. With Andrew's help & support my Father has now accepted a new hearing aid, which he felt was within his budget, and is enjoying a life of sound again.

Had 2 blocked ears for over a week with NHS ear syringing service totally non existent. Rang this place on the Tuesday for a micro suction and they managed to fit me in the next day. Now I can totally hear again. What a feeling and what a superb service! Thank you!
