I cant speak highly enough of Dr Nabilah and the services she offers. Shes insightful, skilled and compassionate. The fact that shes a doctor is also reassuring. The results themselves are fantastic. Ive had Botox and fillers and easily look 10 years younger. The best bit for me is that it looks natural and not overdone - I look refreshed as though Ive been on holiday! The clinic itself is just lovely, clean and adds to that feeling of having had a luxurious treat. Ive never had so many compliments. And for the first time in my life, I feel beautiful.

Lots of clinics do these procedures but nabilah has a very personal touch that makes you feel safe and comfortable. I am even having more procedures and she will be the only person I would trust

Finally had the courage to book myself an appointment for a chemical peel with Dr Nabeela at Bella Medica. From the outset, Dr Nabeela made me feel at ease, explained the process really well and advised what to expect afterwards. The clinic is a clean, sterile and safe environment and this reassured me whilst the chemical peel was applied. I had the perfect peel as recommended by Dr Nabeela to tackle years of acne scaring and pigmentation. The actual procedure was a little uncomfortable but the sensation didn't last long and within 30 minutes it had calmed down. During the first two days, there was tightness on my face and neck . Everyone has a different threshold for pain and I'm not very good. I was uncomfortable during the first three nights but after taking pain relief it seemed to calm down a little. You are given a small kit to take home with you with a cream to apply once you start peeling and two towelettes that you apply on evening of day 1 and 2 , the instructions in the kit are excellent. Anyways day 3 is when the fun started with the peeling around the nose and lips and on day 7 the peeling had more or less gone. It is so tempting to pick or peel away but avoid at all costs as it can do more damage to your skin, trust the process. The down time would be on day 3 to 6 as the peeling is active the skin is extremely sensitive to sun rays. I avoided cooking for 5 days as my skin was sensitive and itchy. I applied SPF 50 every 3- 4 hours even whilst indoors and applied my usual moisturiser from day 6 onwards. The end results have been really great, baby soft skin and glowing skin. The acne scaring has faded (not entirely) and a noticeable difference in my complexion as hyper pigmentation has been significantly reduced. I am not wearing any foundation on my new skin as I don't need it! However SPF 50 and moisturiser is a must. I have used the Ultrasun SPF 50 and recently switched to EltaMD broad spectrum 44. Would I have the treatment again? Well if you asked me on day 4 I would have said no! But seeing the results on day 14, I absolutely will go for it again in 6 months. Dr Nabeela was very approachable and responded to my questions / concerns promptly via text message, always reassuring me as it was my first time having a medical grade peel. If you have been thinking of having a chemical peel then have it done from Dr Nabeela, an experienced practitioner who will make you feel at ease. Book yourself in for the perfect peel and trust the process!
