        Absolutely brilliant , Gary from the get go of me and my dad entering the shop , to asking advice , given time to think /debate choices , go back ask more questions to ordering over the phone once I had confirmed my measurements at home - I have been overwhelmed with the huge whole house project t I have on - having people as fantastic as Gary helping me takes huge stress away - price and quality also excellent. Thanks

        If you want good tiles, Value for money and excellent customer service and professionalism this is the place to go. 10/10 on each visit in particular you will find two gems in Gary and Ghulam. This guys are what makes tile giant brilliant.

        I have been in a few times to this store and was trying to decide what would best suit my flooring tile wise , Gary from the first time I went in till the close of sale was fantastic helped me throughout by choosing the right adhesive to getting the right beading even followed up with a courtesy call to see how I was getting on . Brilliant welcoming service which Im afraid we do not get much nowadays , just shows how experienced and customer orientated this gentleman is a true credit to your buisness.
