Very friendly & helpful guys. A pleasant waiting area to watch how things are going, ask questions and talk to other customers. You can also get yourself a brew, keeps hands warm when it's cold. Very honest testing station, no cons & helpful with your problems.

After a booking problem at my usual garage, I contacted Green Garages to see if they had any availability after the great reviews online. Steve and Green garages didn't disappoint. Steve was helpful, professional and courteous at all times. Steve was able to squeeze my car in timely, complete my MOT and was kind enough to wait before closing as I needed my car for work. My car passed its MOT but I know if it hadn't, I was in the best possible hands. The experience at green garages was fantastic and after many negative experiences navigating the car business as a woman wishing to have an older car and spend time repairing it myself. My experience was not only a relief, but I felt safe. Everything was explained clearly, there was enough time to discuss and ask questions and a card will be posted to remind me next year. Generally a great customer experience, many thanks to Steve and rest of team, see you next year!
