        Very impressed with the fast service and the fact they stock Blue Monster products. Blue Monster PTFE tape was recommended by an American friend. Its premium and work much better than the thin generic white tape you tend to get in uk. Blue Monster PTFE is thicker than white but thinner than yellow Gas tape. Its perfect.

        The boiler part took a week to arrive due to ecomomy postage , when I opened the box, the part was damaged as I don't think it had been packed correctly...so I had to order the item again from another supplier, I had no heating for 2 weeks longer than I should of, not the best customer service!

        Surprised it arrived in two packages on different dates. Also make sure you get a proper competent gas engineer to install it. Its very noisy but its in the old water thank cupboard so it doesnt bother me Slight irritation when you just flick the mixer tap to quickly rinse your hands and the Rinnai kickstarts and gets a bit confused as you already closed the water. Other than that: endless hot water. Just as I wanted.
