I would highly recommend East lancs tiles. Rick was so helpful and spent alot of time helping and advising me which tiles to choose for my kitchen and bathroom. I didnt feel rushed and he was so friendly. Once I chose my tiles I was very impressed with the price, extremely cheaper than any other qoutes id had. Rick kept me up to date , my tiles look amazing. I will definitely be returning and definitely recommend East lancs tiles in Blackburn

We had been looking for tiles for a kitchen, utility room & toilet & already had a tiler booked in. We visited numerous tile shops & were overwhelmed & unsure what would look best. We visited ELTC & had a browse around, again a lot of choice & options. We were greeted & allowed the chance to view the showrooms until we needed some assistance, which we did as we kept changing our minds! We were given honest opinions on our choices & again with the different style/types of tiles. We came away with a good idea what we would like. Having decided, we returned a few days later & placed an order. ELTC went out of their way to ensure the tiles were delivered within a relatively short timespan. Having slightly underestimated the amount we needed we again visited ELTC for a further order, which again they ensured were delivered very quickly. We are made up with the tiles & grateful for your time & advice. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend ELTC to others.
