        Where do we start! Terrible service all round vans go in for recall then need further work, that wasn't an issue before, vans go in for repair and are NOT repaired, communication poor still chasing them after 3 weeks for a quote, overall poor service therefore just bought van from another company as these have seriously lost their way. Need Major Improvement allround

        The worst experience in 20 years of business dealing with these guys. Lies, failed to repair,parts excuses were a joke. Don't know if it's just the dealer,owned many Mercs,but I'm not sure anymore. Update.... Cicely contacted me, asking to supply more details,gave me their email address,I responded, Gmail tried for 5 days... could not deliver..... even that doesn't work!!
