This is most definately the most supportive and efective service I have been referred to to help me learn skills to tolerate distress and learn coping skills during crisis. The staff give you invaluable support, knowledge and guidance to put in place a framework that help to build inner resilience and I left with a sense of achievement, inner security and hope for a life worth living. I would highly recommend it.

Last time I was at ATS I think it was July last year i found the therapy was very deep and very helpful to me at the time. All the staff made everyone on the course welcome and at ease and completely comfortable. Its definitely 100% better than being on the ward. I have been referred again because I've been struggling for months around 8 months to be accurate. I didn't want to go at first to this referral but the closer to my first day the more I feel positive about going the staff are absolutely great and they have my 100% respect I'm quite nervous but I know that I will achieve my certificate because I have my heart and my mind on achieving the drum role xx
