My first experience of a Bowen treatment. I arrived with severe pain in my neck and shoulder and had a bad headache as I hadn't slept much because of pain; I left with more freedom of movement and the acute pain had eased, by the time I got home my headache was gone. When I initially went to see Gill my knee was swollen, difficult to straighten and painful.This was impacting on my job and lifestyle in general, limiting activities I had always previously enjoyed. I had heard about Gill via recommendation from my son who subsequently bought me a gift voucher for a treatment of my choice. I opted to try Bowens Treatment - new to me - and I am so pleased that I did. For me, it has been incredibly successful with an improvement in mobility and reduction in swelling and discomfort. Gill is professional and informed. I now book in for regular maintenance appointments and have subsequently recommended Gill and Bowens Treatment to friends and colleagues.
