Absolutely disgusting the way staff speak to you. Ordered a cake and paid extra for the additional bits. And yes, they got everything wrong and cake was dry and cream smelt off. Even after being charged more. Rang up and they said they'd call back but didn't. Returned cake and a female staff member said it was our fault and their ingredients are always fresh. She just said well don't come back here!! She was extremely rude and ruined a 5yr olds party. Don't understand why she couldnt just apologise. But looking at other comments here, looks like they are known for blaming customer and not providing refunds after their mistakes. Honestly do NOT order anything from here. PS on the shelf they have LIDL nuts which they are selling for 3x the actual price. Isn't this illegal??

The new guy who wears a cap charged me extra 2 times but when i told him he charged extra on 2 occasions he was sorry. Do not over charge customers
