So much love & gratitude has to go out to Mike, who has been so understanding from day one, he has understood the vision and creativeness that was visualised by Kapil and what we wanted, to create something special, from designs to even the little things like where the lights should go, and what should stay to keep it all classic. Not a day went by, where he wouldnt keep us updated. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to convert any kind of vehicle to head over to them, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to Ian and Kelly, Kat for being so professional and helpful too. All the employees are so pleasant and helpful, gratitude to all of them. Not sure why these guys have received bad reviews, the work they carry out, has so much quality and attention to detail. I bought my third catering trailer from Mike Wilkinson 14 years ago! The trailer is still in my family and still going strong on Accrington market. The service and value for money was outstanding. Anyone considering taking up this line of business should definately talk to Mike first. As most people will confirm, you are not just a customer at Wilkinsons.

I am in the process of buying my 3rd trailer off Mike & was alarmed to hear about the Google reviews, this is not my experience at all, Mike has always been honest & good to deal with & I would like to support him here, I believe there is more going on here than honest reviews! Wilkinsons have been supplying trailers for over 30 years & the business would have died long ago had they not been good. Make your own mind up, give them a call. Best of luck Mike & thanks again.

I bought a catering van from this company in Feb 2018 on the recommendation of Mike Wilkinson. Which i eventually got at the end of April as they had forgot to MOT the van, plus the van was unsafe to drive [a report written by the RAC] on it braking down on my way home after collecting it. I was told it was the perfect van for me and would get me to markets of my choice. However, this has not been the case. The van has broken down during a 7 month period, 7 times, and on 3 of those occasions, the RAC have had to come rescue me. I was told the van had been driven back from France only a few month before i purchased it, however i was told by Wilkinson staff this was not the case and that the van had been stood on the companies forecourt more than 2 yr before i purchased it. I was told the engine was sound. Which it never has been. I wasnt even told that the drivers seat had a large hole in it, and as it was covered by a cushion when i viewed it, i wasnt to know and wasnt told of this either. I complained to trading standards who visited Wilkinsons and are now keeping their eye on this company. And rightly so. This should never happen to a consumer. Dont touch this company. They should not be trading with standards so low.
