Sold us the dream said they would provide the carpet for which we paid 11.5k for and they would ensure it is fitted to perfection.. having completely messed it up they are refusing to take ownership and trying to blame the fitters.. fitters that they recommended and said they would be present to ensure its done to perfection. They were present but messed up on the plans and authorised the fitters but then ended up with the pattern not matching.
Having complained to them and not even asking for a replacement which we fully deserve because the goods were not as described. They refused to give us any discount instead lying about what the fitters said (we have documented evidence).
We have a solicitor assigned and will be going to the press as well as warning as many potential customers as possible.
John was the salesman who made the promises but then failed to take ownership.
