I just got a call after work asking me not to come in. Without any warning or explanation at all and only been there a week. I was still learning under someones wing about the role. They expect you to pick it up immediately in other words. No wonder people are leaving. Im so angry with them! If you read this, dont apply here.

I Where working for short period as CMM programmer. My working place was in CMM room next to CNC's. It was wery noisy, not clean place. I didn't know who was my direct manager, what was my objectives, even I didn't get personal login to pc. On top of that even in my short presence there I saw people leaving place, new people comming not because there is a lot of work but because need replacement for those who left. In CMM room there was no internet connection on pc, no access to emails, no USB Allowed, no phone connection (maybe because of think walls) and wery little work to do.
