        Absolutely shocking blinds - DO NOT BUY. I ordered 16 made to measure blinds2 have holes in and 1 arrived dirty. Apparently this is not a product fault but part of the manufacturing process. All blinds in this material will have these holes - do not buy if you like your black out blinds to keep the light out. No refund offered as this is how they are meant to be

        We ordered curtains from John Lewis via Herbert Parkinson in November under the 7-14 day 'express' service. It is now late January and we STILL haven't had the curtains. First we were told the fabric arrived damaged, then that there was not enough fabric on the roll. It is ridiculous. Appalling service!
