        Fantastic service if you are buying wallpaper but I have waited 2 months for a refund and still have not received it (3rd April 2023)!

        Absolutely fantastic service. Linda, the Manager of the factory shop @ Blackburn, could not have done any more for us. From start to finish the service was excellent, she went above and beyond. Enjoy the chocolates. We will definately recommend you to all our family and friends. Thank you.

        I have been waiting for a sample for 20 days, customer service keep sending me a standard email saying it will be delivered within 5 days, its been 20. I spent 3 mins on hold to the Customer Service number , only to be told that they are not taking calls and please email. Very Very Poor Graham and Brown
