    I would have rated them 5 stars but for the fact they do not answer the phone. Their website is great and the products I ordered for my business were good quality and delivered as the website said they would (I paid for overnight urgent delivery). My only critcism (and it is one I aim at ALL online retailers) is ANSWER THE PHONE ! I was trying to call them to establish if my order would definitely be next day as their website stated delivery via DPD when my order confirmation stated Royal Mail (and we all know that's not the best courier service in this country). I made dozens of calls to no avail, send several emails which went unanswered. Eventually I tracked down the owner via extensive online research and messaged him via social media and other channels, and eventually received a curt reply from their "customer services" (oxymoron) stating my order would arrive in time. Finally, the owner emailed me with a much more polite email which was appreciated. I just don't get it, what is the problem with making a human being available to answer customer queries? You will be miles ahead of your competitors if you did. I order tens of thousands of pounds worth of products like this every year, but I will not deal with companies that do not answer the phone.

    Not worth even one star! It is now 16 weeks since I first emailed the company regarding duplicating one order and therefore ignoring the second. At first I received the occasional reply from Nathan quoting pressure of work (is this an anachronism for inefficiency?) but now nothing. I was promised the correct luggage straps after the New Year and stupidly he meant New Year 2023 but this is obviously not the case so which New Year I wonder!!! Very disgruntled customer.

    Very disappointing. Four weeks ago I placed two orders of suitcase straps with different names. The company sent both orders with the same set of names. Despite telephoning the 'customer services' several times I was unable to speak with anyone but left messages. I have also sent two or three emails each week since that time pointing out the error. Sadly all have been ignored and 'customer services' is obviously a misnomer as service is the last thing I have experienced with this company.

    Really disappointing experience with both the product and subsequent customer service or lack thereof. I ordered a cape with two phrases written on it. It arrived with 'your text' written on it. I checked the invoice, assuming user error but I had stated clearly what I wanted. Not the end of the world, these things happen but I have subsequently tried to contact the company a number of times, via various mediums, with no success, since mid December. I really hope this will prompt a response as I would still very much like the product I originally ordered.
