        I bought 2 pairs of diabetic fitting socks on-line. The marine colour I ordered bore no resemblence to what was shown on the website. I contacted their customer service about the returns who refused to provide a free returns package.

        I have found REED Medical to be an excellent company with fantastic customer service and an excellent knowledge base when it comes to footwear, yes you pay a bit more but that is worth it for the quality of the products, I highly recommend them for all there products, both the specialist aspects and the general products.
