Rachel Harrison was fantastic when dealing with a very difficult probate case on behalf of my mum. She was professional, empathetic and honest at all times. She took the time to explain things to my mum and was happy to work with me as a point of contact (as my mum was often overwhelmed by what was happening).The overall outcome was excellent, providing much needed closure on a very difficult period in our lives.
