Absolutely fantastic service. We made on a house which from point of offer was bought in 8 weeks. There were absolutely no hold ups from Watson Ramsbottom who were efficient, quick and always ensured that we were in the clear and explained things thoroughly as we were first time buyers they made sure that we understood. Suzanne & the whole team thank you so much you made this whole process feel seamless with no issues at all. 100% I will be using on the sale / purchase of my next house.

I have no idea what this firm is like, but I have just found out they have taken Curtis Booth on, this man is a shyster and not to be trusted in any way, he stood up in court and lied about messages I had supposedly sent I never sent them and asked to see them for 2 years and have never got to see them yet. He was asked by the court to apply for certain documents he never bothered, and said they would not release said documents, and when he spent all the legal aid money he was off like the rat he is, and I predicted that once this case was over Cumbria law would ask him to leave. And in his profile he states that he successfully litigated a case in 2021he didn't achieve anything as all accusations were proven False by the police, and the contempt was my review on Cumbria family law, he wasn't even allowed in the court after he was exposed as a liar, and he didn't apply for the police report until I made a big fuss, he is a disgrace to family law. At the final hearing the judge even made a negative comment about the way he had behaved during this case. see Jason ones review I can prove all this
