We bought our house at the end of September. We were due to over run our mortgage deal deadline as there were a few outstanding enquiries. We were desperate to finalise the deal before having to get a new mortgage offer as the market was undergoing a sudden increase in interest rates. Worse solicitor ever I used. If you call waiting 20/25 minute the line is cut. Nearby get through the right person. Please never r go this farm anybody. Before you go call and check yourself.

Elina made our conveyancing process from start to finish really pleasantly, and made sure everything went accordingly. There was few occasions where i could find it hard understanding important things but Elina explained everything clearly and it was a pleasure. Thank you again for all your help .
