Staff were friendly and accommodating, food good, but a strange hybrid creation of a waffle/croissant not good, strange texture! In my opinion. Star dropped - The portion size given for the flapjack, was very understated for the value you pay. Another star dropped - Food hygiene concern - Staff started sweeping around the counter area, whilst we were eating and the ice creams in the counter were not even covered with a clear see through lid to prevent the dust particles from the sweeping action going into the ice cream. Yuk!

Got myself a milkshake which was brilliantly made and tasted wonderful which was made my hajra. Customer service was also perfect and made sure we was okay at all times. We were served by uzair
