How DARE YOU letting my friend wait for 2hours for a fookin smoothie order...worst service ever. And the guy on the phone should be embarrased.

Terrible service. I ordered a smoothie and milkshake, waited an hour then when it finally arrived it was a completely different order and then when they finally agreed to send me a replacement out it took about 1hr30 mins even tho they said it was gonna be 30 mins! I rang them back after an hour and my replacement order wasn't even on the system so had to wait another 30 ish mins. If you want fast delivery go elsewhere, otherwise you'll be waiting all night. awful customer service

Says the shop is open at 11, we came in at 11:53, for an older man to come rushing out and shouting at my partner, that we aren't allowed in, the shop isn't open, half an hour, shocked at the rude disgusting behaviour we turned to walk out and a younger male tells us to come in, have a look, we're open. Am absolutely disgusted in the way that older male had just treat us and they had lost our custom due to this.
